Blonde Moment

Ever have one of those days were you are running around trying to get to church and do something stupid. Well I did today I went to church like this:

Spring Break Continued

We were able to go camping in the Desert with some friends. It was a bit warm in the afternoon, but really fun.

We had fun climbing up mountains.

Playing in the river. It was flowing. I have never seen it so high and fast.

Throwing rocks in the river rocks!! They could have done it all day long.

Live to ride. Ride to live.

We were able to hike! The desert is green this year.

Spring Break

This has been a gorgeous week! I love the weather here this time of year. Terra and I took the kids to the Train park in Scottsdale. Tyler decided he didn't want to go so he hung out with Nana, while the rest of us headed off. We didn't even have to ride the train they were having too much fun playing at the old west park. Hunter quickly made friends and was off with his new buddies.

I am not ready for school to start on Monday. We have been having fun.

Lucy's Birthday

My sweet Lucy is now 5 years old. I ask you where does the time go. Her birthday was on the 12th so I am a bit behind on the blog. She had a fun birthday. I forgot to get a picture of her cake we made. She saw an ad for Cold Stone ice cream cake. It was red velvet cake with chocolate ice cream and a chocolate coating. It was rich!

I just realized almost all the pictures are Lucy and Gracie. It was be sad in August when Lucy starts school. What will Gracie do all day long???

  

Gracie and I brought cupcakes to Lucy's preschool for her birthday. She was so excited to have Gracie come to her class.

  

 The day before Lucy's bday she had a school field trip to build a bear. Lucky girl. Thanks to Terra I got to go with Lucy and see how they build those bears. It was such fun little store.

Birthdays, races, and silly things

It was Meema's Birthday on Friday so the girls and I got her from work. We took her out to lunch. The girls loved seeing where she works.

It was yummy!

Its that time of year again. Tyler wanted to a picachu car this year. He painted it himself and designed it too. He placed 6th this year. Way to go Tyler!

You better watch out for these two!

Last night I went in to check on the kids and this is what I found. Hunter looks just like the boy on Home Alone.

Christmas

We had a wonderful Christmas filled with family (lots and lots) which we also think of as friends too. We held onto the tradition of covering the kids doors with wrapping paper that they get to bust through in the morning (thanks Amy). This is great for keeping the little ones in there room. We tried a new tradition of the four gifts of christmas. Travis and I though was a success and we will continue with it.

Here Comes Santa Claus

This is the first year we have had all smiles when dealing with Santa. They were all thrilled to have their picture with Santa. They can't wait only three more days!!!
